Ingredients

For the Roll-Ups:

• 8 slices of white or brioche bread, crusts removed

• 4 oz cream cheese, softened

• 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

• 1/4 cup brown sugar

 

For the French Toast Coating:

• 2 large eggs

• 1/4 cup milk

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Cinnamon Sugar Topping:

• 1/4 cup granulated sugar

• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

• 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

 

Instructions

 

1. Prepare the Filling:

• In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.

2. Prepare the Bread:

• Flatten each bread slice with a rolling pin. Spread a thin layer of the filling onto each slice and roll them up tightly.
