Ingredients:

2 pounds chicken wings
1 cup fresh pineapple, peeled and cut into small pieces
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

Prepare the Marinade:

In a bowl, combine the pineapple pieces, soy sauce, chopped cilantro, olive oil, brown sugar, rice vinegar, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
Season with salt and pepper.
