ingredients :
°12-13 6-inch low-fat flour
tortillas 2 lbs.
°Minced meat
°2 packets of taco seasoning
°2 cups tomatoes cut into cubes
°1 cup red onion, diced
°1/2 cup green onions, cut into cubes
°1/4 c jalapenos, chopped
optional, kosher salt to taste
°2 cups heavy whipping cream
°Half a steak butter
°3 cups taco cheese or grated
Mexican cheese
°1.5 teaspoon of Cajun mousse
°Creamy Bridges Starter
°Green onion cubes for garnish
*Directions :
In a small bowl, combine the red
onions, green onions, jalapeños,
tomatoes, and salt to taste. sit aside.
– In a frying pan, brown the meat and drain the fat. Add taco
seasoning and stir.
– Put the cream and butter in a saucepan and leave it on a low heat, stirring until everything is homogeneous.
Step 4: Remove from heat and add 2 cups of the cheese. Add Cajun seasoning and keep warm.
– In a 9″ x 13″ casserole, layer 4 tortillas (cut to fit in the bottom of the casserole), ground beef, cheese and tomato mixture.
Repeat until you have 3 layers with the cheese sauce on top, adding the last cup of cheese over the entire casserole.
– Put it in a covered oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, then take it out and let it cool. Garnish each serving with sour cream and green onions. Say a blessing and have fun!
